Resumo

Health information systems favor patients and health professionals with relevant information that can assist in making decisions about health care. This information is recorded in local systems and is no longer shared between health institutions. In this way, interoperability standards are defined to allow the implementation of information systems capable of exchanging information. Thus, this work conducts a study on a way to unify the information semantically related to the patient in an Electronic Health Record (RES) about the health care of the individual, storing and transmitting in a safe and accessible way to several authorized users. Based on the HL7 FHIR standard, which uses a REST architecture to exchange data between applications, making its resources available as solutions to alleviate health information problems without the developers needing to have much knowledge of the domain, especially in the medical field. care to implement new technologies and thus make health information more portable and improve interoperability. In this way, this independent research is a component of mapping information through an ontology called OWLFHIR that has the domain or standard HL7 FHIR. Its specification was based on the knowledge extracted from the literature review and on the information required by HL7. A Web application called CidsFHIR was also developed to integrate the OWLFHIR ontology to map information through its characteristics. The effectiveness of the artifacts was validated by a case study applied to the MobiLEHealth system, being an ubiquitous learning environment in the context of Health 2.0 for people with chronic diseases
