| dc.description.abstract | Este estudo analisa a relação entre arrecadação municipal e a Receita Corrente Líquida (RCL) nos municípios do Oeste Potiguar entre 2021 e 2023. A pesquisa metodológica comparou aspectos da receita corrente líquida (RCL) com as principais fontes de receita (IPTU, ISS, ITBI), utilizando análise documental, análise quantitativa e análise descritiva para identificar tendências e sua evolução. Os achados indicam que os municípios dependem fortemente das transferências intergovernamentais, com uma contribuição relativamente baixa das receitas próprias para a RCL. Essa situação evidencia a necessidade de melhorar a eficiência da gestão tributária local para reduzir a dependência de recursos externos e fortalecer a autonomia financeira dos municípios. O estudo também compara os resultados com pesquisas anteriores, confirmando a tendência de baixa arrecadação própria na região e ressaltando a urgência de estratégias para ampliar a base tributária municipal. | |
| dc.description.abstract2 | This study analyzes the relationship between municipal revenue and Net Current Revenue (RCL) in the municipalities of Oeste Potiguar between 2021 and 2023. The methodological research compared aspects of net current revenue (RCL) with the main sources of revenue (IPTU, ISS, ITBI ), using documentary analysis, quantitative analysis and descriptive analysis to identify trends and their evolution. The findings indicate that municipalities depend heavily on intergovernmental transfers, with a relatively low contribution of their own revenues to the RCL. This situation highlights the need to improve the efficiency of local tax management to reduce dependence on external resources and strengthen the financial autonomy of municipalities. The study also compares the results with previous research, confirming the trend of low own revenue in the region and highlighting the urgency of strategies to expand the municipal tax base. | |
