Sistema Integrado de Gestão e Análise de Desempenho Organizacional: estudo de caso em uma indústria de transformação

With the big business competition, organizations need to prepare more and more to excel in the market, however, two tools can add and much in the decision making of the top management, as well as measuring the performance of the organization. Two of these tools were studied in this work, which are the Integrated Management System and the Performance Evaluation System, where together they have the capacity to integrate the company as a whole, directing it to reach its strategic objectives. The present work had as objective to analyze how the two tools interact in a transformation industry of Ceará. The data collection to structure this work was done from a bibliographical review, to form the theoretical basis and, later, there were visits to the company besides interviews with the cost and quality sector and production sector. After the data collection, an Integrated Management System was verified already implemented in the company, however there was no performance evaluation model implemented. Therefore, it was proposed the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard, which is a Performance Evaluation System well known in the business environment, so that the two tools interact and assist the integration of the sectors of the unit under study.
