| dc.description.abstract | Este estudo tem como principal objetivo realizar uma análise do impacto de uma das principais abordagens de desenvolvimento de aplicações web, a Single-Page Application (SPA), sob a perspectiva da User Experience (UX). Assim, considerando a relevância da UX para o êxito de um produto digital, buscou-se identificar e comparar as características distintivas de SPA e entender como elas influenciam a UX. Para isso, foi definido o contexto de aplicações voltadas à governança eletrônica, devido à sua relevância no âmbito social. Foram utilizadas técnicas de avaliação de UX, com o objetivo de destacar tanto os pontos fortes quanto as limitações da abordagem nesse contexto. Essa análise permitiu a identificação de alguns problemas e oportunidades de aprimoramento nessa modalidade de desenvolvimento de aplicações web. | |
| dc.description.abstract2 | This research's main objective is to carry out an in-depth analysis of the impact of one of the main web application development approaches, the Single-Page Application (SPA), on User Experience (UX). The focus of the research is to identify and compare the distinctive characteristics of SPA and understand how they influence UX. Considering the growing importance of UX for the success of a digital product, this work seeks to determine which of these approaches is best suited to specific contexts. The context addressed in this study is that of electronic governance, due to technological advances and expansion of the internet, citizen-State interaction increasingly occurs in the digital environment. To achieve this goal, UX evaluation techniques will be used, with the aim of highlighting both the strengths and limitations of the approach in this context. This in-depth analysis will allow the identification of some problem and opportunities for improvement in this type of web application development. | |
