Mapeamento da produção científica sobre gênero e governança corporativa

Women are increasingly fighting for their rights and for changes in the organizational space. That is why it is important to analyze the scientific landscape and understand what gender issues are being studied. Thus, this study aims to analyze the scientific panorama on the gender relation and corporate governance. To this end, a theoretical research was carried out through a systematic literature review, followed by a bibliometric and descriptive analysis of the most relevant publications on the subject. As conclusions, it was noticed that the gender diversity theme is an emerging construct in the field of corporate governance, mainly in Brazil and has expanded since 2010, maintaining a relatively high average until today, however, still need a greater conceptual deepening.
