Resumo

It is known that the technological control of concrete consists of a set of factors that when executed on site contribute to the structure has a durability and consequently a satisfactory service life. Thus, this paper aims to analyze the technological control of concrete in small works in the city of Pau dos Ferros / RN, using as a guiding parameter the Brazilian Regulatory Standards (NBR). Therefore, a checklist was applied to a sample of two works, observing the way the concrete is prepared, storage and disposal of the materials that compose it, as well as observing execution techniques that influence to obtain a quality concrete. By studying these points with the collected data, it was possible to develop a relationship between the standard prescriptions and what is properly practiced, specifying the deficiencies and inconsistencies performed with regard to technological control. The factors analyzed in relation to the concreting services performed in the case study were: how the concrete dosing, mixing, conveying, casting, thickening and curing process occurs. These criteria are essential to develop quality control on site. Thus, with all the information obtained about these points, it was found that the two works in question do not have a proper technological control of the concrete, noting the absence of services such as thickening and curing, which are considered fundamental to be obtain a path-resistant concrete to achieve satisfactory performance over its lifetime.
