| dc.description.abstract | Objetivou-se neste trabalho analisar, sob a ótica dos elementos intertextuais, o canto IV de O Uraguai, de 1769,de Basílio da Gama. Alega-se, a partir desses elementos, que a personagem Lindoia, protagonista de O Uraguai, assemelha-se à personagem Dido do poema épico Eneida, de19 a.C, de Virgílio. Por esse viés seria possível estabelecer uma conexão não somente entre as personagens femininas, mas também entre as duas criações literárias. Foi constatado, nessa pesquisa, que Gama faz menções no poema àobra Eneida e em especial com a personagem Lindóia e Dido, trazendo características de suas personalidades. | |
| dc.description.abstract2 | The aim of this work was to analyze from the perspective of intertextual elements Canto IV of O Uraguaiof Basílio da Gama. It is alleged from these elements that the character Lindoia, protagonist of O Uraguai, may have a similar relationship with the character Dido from the epic poem Aeneid by Virgil, through this perspective it would be possible to establish a connection not only between the female characters, but also between the two literary creations. It was found in this research that Basílio makes mentions in the poem of the work Aeneid and in particular with the character Lindóia and Dido, bringing characteristics of their personalities. | |
