This work will approach the implementation project of a Primary Separation System (Washing Tank) and Water Treatment Produced by Flotation in Oil Collecting Stations in the Potiguar Basin, in order to use water in the injection of injection wells, responsible for preserve pressure in the field's reservoirs, and thus increase the field's oil recovery factor. For the Primary Separation System, a standard 348 m³ tank will be evaluated to be suitable for the Wash Tank function. And for the produced water treatment system, a flotation system composed of a Flotation Tank and polyelectrolyte injection will be used. Thus, the description of the characteristics of the systems and the design calculations were made.
