A comunicação de uma surda com ouvintes no ensino regular: um estudo de caso sobre a utilização das tecnologias assistivas

This work aims to identify the technological resources that favor the communication of a deaf and hearing in the regular education according to the rights guaranteed by the Federal Constitution of 1988 and in the legal milestones of the deaf person. This work has as a premise the contextualization of the inclusion of people with disabilities, focusing on the issue of deafness, and thus, to verify how the process of communication of the deaf person occurs in regular education. To achieve these objectives, a bibliographic research was carried out, where the following issues were addressed: the inclusion of the deaf person, the importance of the Brazilian Language of Signs - Pounds and the rights guaranteed in the legislation. The findings of this research are consistent with the reality in which these students are inserted, with a lack of conditions to be included in schools, as well as in society, since most people are unaware of Libras. In this study it is not different only the professional translator / interpreter of Libras - TILS and the deaf person has the knowledge of Libras, teachers and classmates do not know and use gestures for communication; it is possible to notice the lack of technologies in the communication, being used the only projector and the presence of the interpreter for the communication. The factors favoring communication between the deaf student and the listeners is the presence of the interpreter. When it is not present communication is precarious by means of gestures. In order to do so, it is necessary to have a pound course for this school community and society, to disseminate information about communication applications between deaf and hearing from information and communication technologies and other social media tools that can contribute to communication and the inclusion process.
