The Brazilian population, from its beginnings, presents extremely prejudiced traces in relation to the black ethnic group. This fact has become a serious problem, being reflected in all the cities of the country and bringing to the black population a feeling of inferiority, as well as the difficulty of accessing goods common to all, such as technologies. Faced with this problem, this work aims to analyze the access of black people to digital technologies in the municipality of Angicos / RN. The research, which was characterized as qualitative, used an application and later analysis of questionnaires applied to this population, identifying the level of access of black people to the technologies and noting the presence of inequality regarding access to digital technologies in the municipality where is located the Federal Rural University of the Semiarid (Ufersa).
