Resumo

The present work proposed to evaluate the usability of the Hiper management and Hiper stories systems in which these systems were developed by Hiper Systems for commercial automation of stores and service providers. The general objective of this work is to analyze the usability requirement of the systems in question and to investigate potential failures. With the passage of time and evolving software development technologies, the creation of computer systems focused on the desktop and web platforms have evolved into a new concept, called multiplatform systems, where this system can integrate and synchronize the data with several platforms. However, there is still a quality requirement that needs to be explored in these systems, which is usability. Usability is an attribute that measures the ease and satisfaction of using something. In this work the methodology used was field research, using the questionnaire to evaluate the usability of the systems. In the obtained results were found strengths, which are: the ease of learning of the systems and the use of words and expressions of the real world to inform some action; as well as critical points such as the use of unnecessary information and little documentation or help on the functions of the systems.
