Resumo

The understanding and characterization of the climate, together with the perceptions of its variations, has gained a lot of focus in recent years, are evidenced by the increase of research and published works on the theme. The coming of electronics has provided us even more, a source of information is not relevant, it is not referring to weather and temporal observations. Therefore, the focus of this work is the development of a low-cost electronic instrument with the purpose of carrying out measurements on temperature, relative air and ultraviolet index (UVI). To this end, its vibration sensors were acquired along with a development platform that ensured high precision during its operation, being able to collect about 4300 points of each variable per day of the desired location. The equipment was installed in the Federal Rural Semiarid University in the municipality of Caraúbas, where, until then, there was no platform capable of collecting data. For this work, samples were collected on September 3, 2018; July 30 and August 1, 2017. For this, its programming was done in a way that allows us to collect, transmit and access data in real time through an Internet platform of Things (IoT) called ThingSpeak. For data input and output, R programming was used, providing the data in matrix form and making the correlation as a correlation coefficient of people and linear regression between the variables collected.
