A solidão do homem moderno e o direito à felicidade: uma análise sobre a ineficácia do estado no combate ao mal do século

Resumo

The goal of this research is understanding the relationship between loneliness and the right to happiness and how the State is responsible for recognize the effects of the problem and fight its sintoms, which go to medical, mental and social areas. The individuals’ distance from one another and the technologies which were made supose to keep people closer are real modernity problems, so it is the own dependence on social medias, and its reflects can be seen in many kinds of mental disorders and problems like depression, suicide, anxiety and all the sorts of sufferings. The XXI century man, at least most of them, probably one of the person that everybody already have crossed in life with, is desperately lonely, despite the crowd sorrounding him. The United Kingdom, until the moment, was the very first State to admit it and had the necessary courage it takes to fight an invisible enemy. For all those reasons, this study clams to appoint the fails of Brazil and correlate how law and happiness are amazingly tied together.
