Currently the insecurity and the high index of theft of vehicles makes that we have to invest in safety devices, in order to avoid theft of the same, as well as a problem that in the hottest regions tend to happen with vehicles stopped in the middle of the sun , is the muffling of the vehicle, making it impossible to remain inside the internal environment due to the high temperature, when thinking about these two occasions the objective of this work is the development of an electronic device controlled by smartphone in the which the same will be applied in automotive vehicles in order to promote the automation of some components, as well as leave the same more safe against theft. This device was composed of a hardware that is an Arduino prototype platform, a Bluetooth connection device, electronic components for signal switching and preprogrammed function switching. For control will be developed an application for android platform, and the same installed on the smartphone desired, the Smartphone provided with this application will connect via Bluetooth with Hardware installed in the vehicle and thus giving access to desired functions and desired programming.
