A prática docente como contribuição para o desenvolvimento educativo dos sujeitos numa Escola Estadual na cidade de Felipe Guerra-RN

Resumo

Given the importance of educational practice and methodological forms in the teaching / learning process we propose to conduct this research. We take the following question: How are the methodological choices made for the constitution of the educational practice of teachers of human and social sciences in a school in the city of Felipe Guerra-RN? We had as general objective: To analyze the process in the educational practice, as a contribution to the educational development of the students in a school in the cities of Felipe Guerra-RN. As specific objectives: a) To investigate the importance of the educational practice in the formative development of the students of a school in the city of Felipe Guerra. b) Identify aspects of classroom organization during the educational practice in the researched school. c) Analyze diversified methodological practices in the school interviewed. The methodology used was initially based on a literature review, where we dialogue with the authors who discuss the theme in question. We conducted a field research, using as a tool the semi-structured interview, because this interview enabled us to discover the reality, and as subjects, 04 high school teachers, research was qualitative, where data was collected through existing documents. at school (minutes of pedagogical accompaniment), besides the observation of interaction and participation. From them we perform our analyzes. As results seen in the questionnaires, we identified the importance of the educational practice and its methodological forms the organization of the classroom (group-class) and the diversified methodological practices from the perspective of the group of teachers interviewed. In our final considerations we can see the relevance of the importance of continuing education so that such educational practices and diversified methodologies can be applied in the school environment.
