The indiscriminate use of pesticides has been widely discussed in recente years. It is noticeable the concern of some researchers with harmful effects suffer for this attitude, both to the environment, as to consumers and in especially to workers who deal directly with products that alter chemically the composition of ecosystems. The general objective of the work is analyze the impacts of pesticides on the living conditions of farmers from Camp. For specific purposes, we will discuss the history of agricultural production and the treatment of pesticides, highlighting the so-called Green Revolution and the agribusiness; present alternative aspects of family farming and agroecology as alternatives for small farmers and to identify the harmful effects that pesticides cause to people's health. We conducted a survey bibliographic and revised studies developed and published on the topic. The results of the review pointed to an idea that the impacts caused by use, more and more constant of pesticides, it is a factor that interferes a lot negatively on the health of individuals who consume contaminated products, and useful life of those who directly handle these substances, which are field workers. Many diseases can be acquired: cancer, mental, hormonal problems and cases of contamination that have no cure or lead to the death. A scenario for the worker means his uselessness for work activities.
