No experimento 1, os tratamentos foram T1-T. asperellum URM 5911, T2-T. asperellum URM 5911 + B. subtilis, Lactobacillus plantarum e Enterococcus faecium, T3- T. asperellum URM 5911 + B. subtilis e B. licheniformis, T4- T. asperellum URM 5911 + B. pumilus CCTB05, B. subtilis CCTB04 e B. amyloliquefaciens CCTB09, T5- T. asperellum URM 5911 + B. subtilis QST 713, T6- T. asperellum URM 5911 + Bacillus subtillis UFPEDA 764. No experimento 2, os tratamentos foram T1-B. subtilis, Lactobacillus plantarum e Enterococcus faecium, T2- B. subtilis e B. licheniformis, T3-B. pumilus CCTB05, B. subtilis CCTB04 e B. amyloliquefaciens CCTB09, T4- B. subtilis QST 713, T5- Bacillus subtillis UFPEDA 764, T6- B. subtilis, Lactobacillus plantarum e Enterococcus faecium + T. asperellum URM 5911, T7- B. subtilis e B. licheniformis + T. asperellum URM 5911, T8- B. pumilus CCTB05, B. subtilis CCTB04 e B. amyloliquefaciens CCTB09 + T. asperellum URM 5911, T9- B. subtilis QST 713 + T. asperellum URM 5911, T10- B. subtillis UFPEDA 764 + T. asperellum URM 5911. No exp. | |
| dc.description.abstract2 | The present study aimed to evaluate the compatibility between biological products widely used in melon fields. Two independent experiments were carried out, one with Trichoderma asperellum (experiment 1), and the other with Bacillus spp., Lactobacillus plantarum and Enterococcus faecium (experiment 2). A completely randomized experimental design was used, with 6 treatments in experiment 1, and 10 treatments in experiment 2, with 5 replicates in both experiments. In experiment 1, the treatments were T1-T. asperellum URM 5911, T2-T. asperellum URM 5911 + B. subtilis, Lactobacillus plantarum and Enterococcus faecium, T3- T. asperellum URM 5911 + B. subtilis and B. licheniformis, T4- T. asperellum URM 5911 + B. pumilus CCTB05, B. subtilis CCTB04 and B. amyloliquefaciens CCTB09, T5- T. asperellum URM 5911 + B. subtilis QST 713, T6- T. asperellum URM 5911 + Bacillus subtillis UFPEDA 764. In experiment 2, the treatments were T1-B. subtilis, Lactobacillus plantarum and Enterococcus faecium, T2- B. subtilis and B. licheniformis, T3-B. pumilus CCTB05, B. subtilis CCTB04 and B. amyloliquefaciens CCTB09, T4- B. subtilis QST 713, T5- Bacillus subtillis UFPEDA 764, T6- B. subtilis, Lactobacillus plantarum and Enterococcus faecium + T. asperellum URM 5911, T7- B. subtilis and B. licheniformis + T. asperellum URM 5911, T8- B. pumilus CCTB05, B. subtilis CCTB04 and B. amyloliquefaciens CCTB09 + T. asperellum URM 5911, T9- B. subtilis QST 713 + T. asperellum URM 5911, T10- B. subtillis UFPEDA 764 + T. asperellum URM 5911. In this study, the dosages indicated on the package insert for each product were used, and the solutions were adjusted to 100 mL. The products were mixed and remained in contact for 6 hours, simulating field conditions, as reported by the producers. Then, serial dilutions were performed and the plates were subsequently incubated for the development of microorganisms. The evaluation and counting of the colony forming units (CFUs) of the microorganisms occurred after 5 days of incubation in experiment 1, and in experiment 2, after 24 hours. The analysis of variance (ANOVA, p > 0.05) in experiment 1 showed that treatments T3, T5 and T6 presented lower amounts of CFUs of Trichoderma than the control T1, demonstrating an inhibition percentage of 40, 21 and 45%, respectively. In treatment T2, a significant stimulus in the growth of the fungus was observed. This treatment resulted in an 18.18% increase in the number of Trichoderma colonies, indicating compatibility and synergism between the products. Treatment T4 did not show any statistical difference from the control. In experiment 2, treatments T6, T7, and T8 showed lower amounts of bacterial colonies when compared to their respective controls. Treatments T9 and T10 did not show any statistical difference in relation to the controls. Therefore, mixing products that reduced the colony-forming units of the products is not recommended. | |
