Fatalities in groundwater wells began to take place in the Town of Morada Nova-CE with farmers. Deaths by asphyxiation on account of an unidentified gas have become increasingly frequent within the city of Morada Nova-CE. in view of this arose the need to propose safety measures based on NR-33, as well as the construction of an electronic device that could detect the gas to heal the deaths that were happening. This work was developed using the exploratory methodology to discover the possible gaps that could be present in these environments, the wells, arriving at the conclusion that if some measures of the NR-33 had been implemented they would have prevented the accidents and consequently the deaths of the victims.
