| dc.description.abstract | Este relatório documenta a experiência do autor durante seu estágio na Secretaria Municipal da Fazenda da Prefeitura de Mossoró, onde contribuiu para o desenvolvimento de um aplicativo móvel projetado para melhorar a eficiência de processos de comunicação da população com a prefeitura. O documento aborda desde a concepção da ideia até os resultados obtidos com a implementação do aplicativo, além de reflexões sobre os benefícios gerados para a população e para a gestão da cidade. Ao longo do texto, destaca-se o papel fundamental da formação acadêmica em Ciência da Computação, que preparou o autor para aplicar na prática os conceitos estudados, enfrentando desafios técnicos e promovendo inovações no uso de tecnologia móvel. | |
| dc.description.abstract2 | This report documents the author's experience during his internship at the Secretaria Municipal da Fazenda da Prefeitura de Mossoró, where he contributed to the development of a mobile application designed to improve the efficiency of the population's communication processes with the city hall. The document covers everything from the conception of the idea to the results obtained with the implementation of the application, as well as reflections on the benefits generated for the population and for the management of the city. Throughout the text, the fundamental role of academic training in Computer Science is highlighted, which prepared the author to apply the concepts learned in practice, facing technical challenges and promoting innovations in the use of mobile technology. | |
