Empreendedores da cidade Apodi-RN: características e dinâmica local

With the growing demand for businesses and enterprises throughout the country, it is extremely important to analyze the entrepreneurial profile and the local development dynamics to know how these processes are consolidating. It was from this motivation that we developed the research that we present in this work, having as research field the municipality of Apodi-RN, where among other aspects; we draw the strengths and weaknesses of local entrepreneurship. The research was developed aiming to analyze the characteristics of the Apodi city projects, in order to contribute with subsidies that facilitate the opening of new businesses based on the results obtained in the research. As a research methodology it was necessary to apply questionnaires with objective and discursive questions with the intention of classifying the distribution by group, the type of business, the age group of the entrepreneurs and the degree of entrepreneurship education, the profile of the companies, as they are the disclosures of the ventures, the size of the companies and the number of ventures that are registered, numbers of employees, among others. In this way the research served to highlight the shortage and opportunities that the municipality offers in the area of entrepreneurship. All research was done through field research where we collected all the data with the merchants and entrepreneurs of the city. Finally, we conclude that the city has a very large number of clothing stores, predominating this type of business in the city center.
