| dc.description.abstract | O estudo e a correção das manifestações patológicas em obras de Engenharia Civil são cruciais para garantir a funcionalidade e habitabilidade das estruturas ao longo do tempo. Este trabalho teve como objetivo analisar as principais manifestações patológicas nos revestimentos arga- massados da Câmara Municipal de Pau dos Ferros-RN. Para isso, foi realizado visitas in loco, levantamento histórico da edificação, registro fotográfico e análise das manifestações patológicas nos revestimentos em argamassa. Os resultados revelaram a presença de mofo, manchas, eflo- rescências, empolamento, destacamento do revestimento e algumas fissuras. A principal causa foi a umidade, indicando a necessidade de impermeabilização e tratamento do revestimento. Tais anomalias foram causadas por diversos fatores, porém os principais são a ausência de impermeabilização e o lençol freático muito próximo do nível do terreno. | |
| dc.description.abstract2 | The study and correction of pathological manifestations in Civil Engineering works are crucial to ensure the functionality and habitability of structures over time. This work aimed to analyze the main pathological manifestations in plastered coatings of the Municipal Chamber of Pau dos Ferros-RN. For this purpose, on-site visits were carried out, a historical survey of the building was conducted, photographic records and analysis of pathological manifestations in mortar coatings were made. The results revealed the presence of mold, stains, efflorescence, blistering, detachment of the coating, and some fissures. The main cause was moisture, indicating the need for waterproofing and treatment of the coating. These anomalies were caused by various factors, but the main ones are the lack of waterproofing and the water table being very close to ground level. | |
