Resumo

An access addresses a quality attribute that measures the ease of user interaction with the system. These are within the user experience, which also relate to the quality of use at the time of use and over time. For verification of usability and usability of the user are used the methods that help in the evaluation of both concepts. The teaching of certain tools was approached with regard to the use of a Web system, that is, an application published in the Integrated Education Management System (SIGEDUC) of public schools in Rio de Janeiro. Great Northern / RN. This is the review of explorer knowledge on the knowledge of the knowledge and the instructive schools of RN. As the method selection process was done, the evaluation process was used the questionnaire method and the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ), the results of the questionnaire that indicated a system with a capacity for most users.
