Resumo

Nowdays in civil construction one of the materials that has a lot of demand is the grout, due not only your high initial streght and fluidity, but also because yours several properties and application, some of them are filling voids in structures, reinforcement and recovery of structures, filling structural masonry, attachment of equipment to a base, anchoring and docking. Now is knew, to production of these materials there is a consumption of raw material and your rising this recent years has increased the extraction of natural resources and generation of waste. With a view to the benefits of reuse to the environment, petroleum drilling waste in the partial replacement of aggregate between the constituent materials of grout is a crucial role forminimize these environmental problems. This research has as main objective to elaborate a comparative analysis of mechanical properties between the conventional structural graute under study by the partner company of the work for possible commercialization and the graute with traits proposed in this work. As for the methodology, the research will involve three steps. The first one, was done by litecture study, second one was a visit at research company, to prepare and characterize the materials collection of waste, testing laboratories and production of test bodies. The last step was analyses and discusstion about the properties and characterization of manipulated grout. However, the grout producted by both the company as the author are characterizated, as a structural or moderate resistance, even those that were used the residue because they all presented a resistance to compression above 40 MPa. All the elaborate traits presented a good workability and presented a fluid aspect, characteristic of the pumpable and self-leveling type. As for the submerged cure, all were satisfactory related to resistance to compression. The trait with a 20% substitution showed a greater resistance compared to the reference trait at the ages of 3 and 28 days. For the test specimens that were exposed to the external environment, only the reference trace showedgreatest resistance in relation to the other traits approached in work, exceeding 48 MPa. However, it is feasible to use the 20% of residue in the partial replacement of the large aggregate because besides satisfying the indices it presents resistance superior to the reference trait.
