Resumo

The microdrainage project is one of the most neglected with respect to urban planning, that makes the control of precipitations a complete chaos these days, this reality is confronted especially in the smaller towns from the Northeast of Brazil, because the lack of rainfall makes the inefficacity of the drainage only visible during the rainy months they have during the year. This work aims to make a technical study and design of a pluvial microdrainage system for the area of Free Fair market of Pau dos Ferros-RN through the use of UAVs. The methodological path goes from the literature review and data collection in a primary stage to the later development the microdrain nets themselves, passing through field research with the obtainment of registration of planar and geometric data for the area of study through the use of a UAV, after which the photogrammetry was processed to obtain the results such as level curves and digital terrain model using the Agisoft Software. The results demonstrated that the system in use it’s not up to date and it is ineffective, the data collected in the field also requires some tilt adjustments because the existing topography is not sufficient to maintain the recommended speed levels present in the bibliography. The search is also complicated by the sense of misuse of public roads, as there is an obvious consequence for the waste that the users place in the streets which can affect the drainage system and cause obstructions to the flow. As a conclusion, the actions that can be taken to re-adjust the dimensioning are listed, as well as there is a clear need to develop some cultural sense in order to modify the behavior pattern of the population of the city that use the designed system daily.
