In view of this, the work was developed in terms of the analysis of kaolin exploration, its production and processing system and their sustainability relations, as well as business retribution for employees and the community. For the accomplishment of this study and the success of the objectives, a quantitative-qualitative methodology was adopted, checking data from bibliographies and related articles, as well as semi-structured interviews with companies, community and employees, followed by on-site visits and dialogues with prospector. As a result, it was found that the existing reserves of kaolin are abundant, with reasonable infrastructure, as well as a strong export power and external market recognition.
