The sun is the source of energy and is responsible for the origin of most renewable energy souces and even those do not directly use solar radiation have their origin in it .In this scenario , Brazil stands out, especially in the Northeast region,the state of Rio Grande do Norte , whitch has higt availability of solar resources throughout the year.In this sense, housing projects sholuld be focused on finding solutions to avoid or minimize expenses whit environmental condition provide alternatives to the use of electric shower with water heating and reduce energy expenditure on equipment. From the above the objetive of this work is to approach to the grid of residences located in the city of Tenente Ananias RN. The methodology used for its accomplisment were bibliograpy and documentary researches allied to a case study where a model was elaborated for a family residence , selecting the equipments and estimating the daily power a model was elaborated for a to be generated to guarantee the equipments and estimating the daily power needed to be generated to guarantee the functioning of all the equipaments flllowing the technical guidelines.ABNT NBR 5410 AND THE LOCAL CONCESSIONionare’s standard, Cosern. With the result it is concluded that a total of 24 modules will be required. The total cost of implementing the claculated system was R $ 32.767,28 which compared to silmulator values was consistedn. Finall the payback showed that it will take 47 months to get the return on investment.
